Today's review is on the Couleur Caramel Concealer (also known as the Couleur Caramel Corrective Cream). This is in the shade Natural Beige (118307). It's a medium beige shade. It's neutral - it isn't yellow toned or pink toned. This concealer comes in 6 shades: Light Sandy Beige, Natural Beige, Apricot Beige, Golden Beige, Light Beige, and Anti-Blotch Green.
Couleur Caramel's cosmetics are 100% natural and certified organic. Here is the ingredient list:
I must admit, not all my make up is made of all natural ingredients (heck, 99% of it isn't!). However, I love being able to use natural make up when I can. I don't use foundation, so concealer is a key product for me and being able to use a natural concealer is a huge bonus to me. That is what made me purchase this product.
It is advertised as a dark circle concealer and that is the main reason I wear concealer.
So, how well does it cover my dark circles?! Pretty damn well. Here's a before and after:
Excuse the lighting, but you get the idea. I'm impressed!
It's so creamy too (great for my dry skin!) and a little goes a long way. I dab it on and it melts in to my skin. It's not cakey at all and feels really lightweight on my skin. I've ordered this concealer in Light Beige too, so I will be comparing the 2 shades in a future blog post when that purchase arrives.
My verdict: I'm in love and plan to try some other products from Couleur Caramel!
Have you tried any Couleur Caramel products? Are you a fan of any natural/organic make up brands?
That looks like awesome coverage! I've never tried Couleur Caramel before but they sound awesome, where did you buy this concealer?
ReplyDeleteI've just realised I have no organic makeup which is shocking, since most my skincare is organic! I should switch over, but I use mainly drugstore makeup because it's so much more accessible.
It's perfect for dark circles! Plus it looks very natural too (maybe not so evident with that lighting sorry). I wish organic makeup was more readily available :(. I had to purchase it online on their website (www.loveorganicbeauty.com.au).
DeleteI've heard great things about this concealer. II'll have to try it, well, when I need a replacement :)
ReplyDeleteI heard about it on beautyheaven :). It had such great reviews and it's natural, so I had to try it!
DeleteThis sounds perfect for combating my dark circles, never heard of this brand before, but I need more organic make up in my collection- might just have to give it a go!
ReplyDeleteI definitely recommend it! I do think you'll love it.

ReplyDeleteI reviewed it too http://ladysapphireblog.blogspot.com.au/2013/07/couleur-caramel-dark-circle-product.html
This was the first Couleur Caramel product I tried too and on first use I was hooked on both the concealer and the brand. I've tried a few more products from CC since then and never once have they let me down. Love everything I've ever tried.
So glad to read you love it also. To be honest I've never read a bad review about this concealer! Its amazing!
Your review was very helpful (as was your advice) :) !
DeleteI'm looking forward to trying some more Couleur Caramel products in the near future. Good first impression of the brand with this concealer that's for sure.
